This is an excellent story, ruined by the script and the actors chosen.

This movie looks like absolute shit. The lingo is off, the uniforms are ass, etc, and they probably only got Kelsey Grammer in this to get attention (but could only afford maybe 5-10 minutes of screen time). Definitely a C-grade movie at best.

Gun play looks the shitty kind where they just hold a gun perfectly still and CGI a muzzle flash , and like three of them are wearing 101st regimental markings on their helmets despite the being 82nd Airborne. Lastly again there weren’t any black paratroopers because the US Army was still segregated, a stain on our record we shouldn’t forget.
